not calling out every other day; stop blaming one another and just find the solution quickly

the fact that i can be alone on deliveries, sometimes the store is hectic so it is a good break from it
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
i am just working there to get through school. have more managers because our store has 3 and it is not enough
