I hate every minute of my life that gets wasted at that place.

There is nothing positive at all. It is awful.

The people in charge have no idea what it is like to work in an actual store.

Most of the employees are lazy teenagers & people who have no idea what it is like to actually work.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company needs to return to a customer-centric approach rather than a bottom-line approach & employees need to be treated fairly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Employees are treated poorly by upper managemdnt, aren't paid enough to afford to work there, & are barely scheduled to work enough hours to warrent coming in.
