They don’t give you raises so you can’t make extra money

They need to reward people for doing their job and being a good worker
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pizza Hut doesn’t care about its employees they give raises unless you want to become a manager so what’s the point of being a good worker if your not getting rewarded. They also charge people $4 dollars for delivery and only give the driver 1.20 each delivery
