
We get good people. Some are very good workers.
Communications. Seems a lot of times customers know more about what we are promoting than we do.
Have clear assignments and duties for each shift. Seems we all get paid the same, but not everyone pulls their weight.
We need better scheduling, and seniority should be better appreciated. It seems we are at the mercy of the manager. If you are his favorite, you get all the hours, if not, you get whatever is left. We also should only be hiring full and part-time employees. Too many hires only work 5-10 hrs a week.
