I love my boss. I just wish everyone put forth the same effort.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Incentive to do well and recognition.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is no incentive to do a good job, so most people don't care or try enough.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work full time, stay late if need be, come in early and switch jobs if its needed. I should be paid like a valued employee. Not the same wage as someone coming in, or someone who doesn't do their job well.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I hate to put it all on money, but I think that has a lot to do with it. It makes people feel undervalued, the employees who work hard get angry that they are making as much as a person to gives minimal effort. It causes tension and gossip.
