I think that it could be improved if the manager hired enough staff to make sure we don’t have to work everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like one of my managers, instead of just caring about the food, company ect, she also cares about us as people and how we’re feeling and things like that
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I serve, we are underpaid because the manager goes in and adds more money to our tips(money that we don’t get) so that we get paid the $2 something instead of $7.25. He does this to every server
