Nothing is positive there.. Everyone hates it equally

Everything goes wrong equipment breaking, terrible employee's a terrible GM

I dont get anything like that and I do pretty much what a assistant manager does and I'm only a shift manager

There are some who are great workers others need to learn how to woek as a team but we need better management too
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Adding another person to also do the interview besides just one manager do like Applebees does have 3 interviews so you can choose the best worker
