I average around 10hrs a day. Often customers are rude and things get hectic, but a job to do is a job to do.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My RGM was very friendly and wanted to know all about me as an individual. I was very surprised, and found myself not being as tense and nervous as I had been.
What are some of the best things about your team?
When I am on the clock my team works rather efficiently to be made up of all high schoolers and fairly young adults. They keep the horseplay to a minimum, which I know is hard being that they are very young.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I am a part of the leadership team in store, so I feel that the best thing about us is our chemistry. For the most part we get along, so there is not much drama and we get things done fairly quickly and easily.
