I would like it better if certain co workers of mine werent always so bitter about new employees excelling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The location i suppose, high flow of traffic
What are some of the best things about your team?
When someone needs help you can normally rely on a teammember. also free food.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are never actually at the store to help resolve the issues we have.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
More accurate, as in i was told 20 hour minimum and i work maybe 12 a week
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sometimes the people i work with are in a bad mood then everyone had a bad day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a waitress i dont get paid nearly enough, especially as the only one working on the floor for extended periods of time. Sometimes even with my tips i dont get paid min wage.
