I like my job but it has to change or else i will have to look elsewhere.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Give interviews. I was just hired no interview
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A better work environment and some type of compensation I'm a manager of two years 7 years experience total and I've gotten one raise. I can't live on 10 dollars an hour while my superiors make 5x what I make.
