I work for tips. Business has been slow.

I am a server. We don't have meetings.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The people I work with at the local level are great. Don't know any of the higher ups.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making money and getting paid. I like being able to pay my bills. If I could get ahead a little bit, that would be even better.
