We take a lot of abusive phone calls and we work a lot of holidays that we should be off two days in a row
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's just abusive language the name calling and we have to remain professional but get slandered and call all different type of names I'm still hard days at work some of us need therapy after leaving here
