They don't give raise and constantly change our delivery fee
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I've been there 15 years no raise they expect you to do 3 or 4 people's job a night and they upped our delivery fee to 3 dollars then said they weren't getting enough so they dropped it to 2 then right before Christmas they dropped it again to 1.50 and I have been through and seen so much worse
