Better training is really needed, and the ability to hire extra help.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Not be so concerned about what's going in their pocket, and back up the stores and product. Its awful
What did you like most about the interview process?
The first interview, the manager played on his phone, so I didn't show up. The next one hired me with accommodations for my disabilities.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I like my job. I like working in food service. But it's not right to be underappreciated for your efforts or not even being acknowledged.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Been working for the company for 15 years, and have not received a raise in 10 years. Never absent, always on time, never asks for time off. Used to get one every year.
