The management team is awesome. They know how to bring up morale.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I know how to run the store and I moved up unexpectedly when it normally takes forever.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
We have a lot of teenagers that work there that don't like to do their job. We need more adults or at least people that want their job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The fact that I make $7.25 an hour going to $8.25 an hour for management is rough. I can't live off of that. We need at least $10 an hour as managers.
