We work well together for the most part everyone has an off day.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to drive.... Then come back in the store get prep done, clean. wash dishes...ect ...Jump back into the car deliver the order... and do it all over again... I love my job JUST NEED MORE ON THE PAY SIDE...Please
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a driver. Upkeep on the car does not come cheep. My car. MY inc. My Cell phone. On the Road Only the Driver should make TEN dollars or better. in the store 8 or better (seniority pays better). Pay for the service you offer. $3.50 per delivery to the customer in my area.
