Half our team is to busy on the phone to care about working ! The favoritism needs to stop! I'm 41 years old.I have never experienced a place with so many people that refuse to work,call in sick etc...
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Again we need people who like to work,not leave everything for 3 people to do.The manager is friends with everyone not their boss.So stuff does not get done! You ask anyone for help and they will tell you no and whip out the phones or listen to music all day and not just caring about the business
