Easy but not particularly financially rewarding
What did you like most about the interview process?
I wasn't interviewed because i knew the manager from the bar, she just hired me right away.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All the delivery drivers stop to get food for the team every day from other restaurants because we're all so sick of pizza. Sometimes we even get pizza from other pizza places because we like their pizza better.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I use my own car, my own gas, pay for my own car maintenance, but my pay rate without tips is only 7.25. And there are a lot of people who either don't tip good or don't tip at all. I get literally no benefits whatsoever except free food.
