When I worked for this company before, it was better. It wasn't as stressful and I felt more satisfied with my job. Now, I dread going to work each day. Plus, I don't even get time away from work. If something is wrong, my boss blows up my phone until I answer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At least we're getting paid for our time there.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers make me the happiest at work. They make it all worth it for the day.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My interview was fairly informal. I had worked for the company before so it was more of trying to remember what it was like to work for them before.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The lower leadership team works together greatly. The store manager has a history of blaming everything on lower management or other employees so that they seem blameless to why things go wrong.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing. We watch each other's backs. We take care of each other as best as we can for the shift. If someone needs something covered, we usually do our best to help them out.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
What compensation package? I don't get benefits unless I pay outrageously for them. I don't get vacation time or sick leave. More often than not, I get my job threatened if I call in for any personal reason.
