What do you like best about the leadership team?
When we worked as a team n did our job n some it was awesome to work for them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Noone gets benefits unless you become a manager or above then you have to wait a while year before you can get benefits. Not fair in my opinion
What are some of the best things about your team?
They all are great people to work with. We work as a team to get the job done there are a few that are slow and take too much time on deliveries or a few that take advantage of us because we are low on toadom pole.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The building is too small to work in there is no kitchen space to even move around in. We barely have enough room for the one cook we have.nthe store is falling apart everything is so old it need to be upgraded prolly knocked down n build a new building with more space to store things n move around
