meeting new people/interacting with my coworkers
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
we have a variety of customers we are able to interact with throughout shifts and my workers make work fun
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i was told my job would be full time but i havent gotten more than 15 hours a week. my manager retaliates against me and takes hours away when i try to contact higher up
