The most positive culture thing about my company is that everyone has to eat and everyone loves pizza!
What did you like most about the interview process?
What I liked most about the interview process was the manager was very interested in what I had to say and very understanding about my current situation.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because personally I think waitressing is harder than what most individuals think. I would feel better if waitresses at least made minimum wage on the hour and didn't have to claim their tips.
