They need to know how to follow directions when they come from up above

The employees make the area look a little better because the customers are super rude for any little thing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Don’t get me wrong I enjoy my job its the customers that always have to bring the bad vibes and make my colorful day turn gray that makes me want to run away
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At least get a one week vacation pay a year would be nice and get that 50% off on employee discounts and be able to actually use our sick hrs that we work hard to get
