My first 6 months were great. I had no complaints. But recently male managers have had inappropriate relations with employees under them and discriminating and calling our one female delivery driver (who is a bigger girl) "fatty" behind her back.

I'm not sure I really have a compensation package

I'm torn whether to comment nicely or honestly about the leadership team

My team is decent, it's the general manager that needs a reality check
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That we were all on the same page about customer service and going above and beyond to make sure the customers get what they want
What did you like most about the interview process?
It's super easy to get the job as long as you are a beautiful young female. But if you are anyone else, good luck.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A lot of sexism and misogyny in the work place. The general manager has favorite employees that he would defend to the end of the earth whether they are in the right or in the wrong. Only 1 female manager and she is paid the least but she works the hardest
