Terrible. The only good thing about it is seeing the crew and talking to them. The worst thing about coming in everyday is the way hard workers are made to do everything and anyone that is lazy or doesn't do the job is told they can sit down because the hard workers will do it. Open your eyes!!

Working, cleaning, and just being active in the company.

Friendly, always willing to talk to you and find out if anything is wrong.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Higher ups. I just had my area manager tell me to my face today, that they dont care if my coworkers talk on the phone and relax I should do everything.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management. We are always short gms, instead of promoting good workers from within. We bring poison in instead. And instead of cutting out the poison we let it spread and infect the entire crew.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work at a store that the other managers sit around talking on cell phones and not working. Though they expect me to do the cleaning list, and anything else that may come up. They make the same if not more money then I do and do way way less work.
