What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again it have to do with the lower staff that are on the inside.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If my managers treated me fairly and didnt lash out at me or talk poorly on me to other drivers as if I was a child.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The children i work in the store with momentarily do their jobs correctly and make a team out of each other. they work effectively and are kind.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
My manager will talk poorly amongst others an over share her staffs personal business. One manager lashes out and gets rude when overwhelmed. The other is too involved with others business.
