Again, the team alignment and sense of our family environment. Everyone is working towards the same goal and willing to help each other out to achieve it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is 100% disparity when it comes to compensation and promotions here. Some resources are forced to follow strict HR rules while others are promoted outside of these protocols. There are no guidelines for senior leaders to follow for exceptions, this creates this sense of discrimination
