Overall I love working at PS. I feel valued and heard. I feel that I am given the tools to properly succeed but if I need something I am not afraid to ask for help. Great place to work and be a part of!

I think the best part is that there is continued incentive to succeed even after hitting milestones.

I love the people I work with and I love the leadership above me that makes me feel valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing is that I know I can reach out to multiple people internally if I have a question and no one is ever hesitant to help!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We truly feel like a team that works together for the same goal. Since starting at PlanSource there are few days that I feel like it a job and for that I am very grateful.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I think the leadership team is extremely transparent. I feel they want the company to succeed but they know that in order for this to be possible our employees need to be the reason for the growth and I think that is extremely evident here at PlanSource.
