when I joined PlanSource, that time I was scared by looking low count of employees and new in India, however post joining I found this company at par in terms of benefits, HR policies and system. The HR and IT team are always reachable which was not the case in other companies I worked with in past.

Work-Life balance and no toxic environment. People are cooperative

Employee Centeric, different engagement activities time to time. Timely Salary and Gifts :)
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary structure is Net and clean. There are no unnecessary line items. The Payroll team does the job very responsibly.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is accessible, they provide response quickly. When I met with them personally in office (as I do WFH usually), everyone was very friendly and they made sure that I am not separated
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is quite reachable and always responsive. If you have question for them, then you can freely reach out and you will surely get an answer. The Townhalls are regular and provide information with ease.
