Overall, I have a positive experience with this company. My direct leadership is great. The benefits and pay need improvement and executives should be more involved as they currently come across as out of touch. The coworkers and team members compatibility makes up for this as I have a great team

I don't think it's a company issue more a personal one

New employees are making more a year than seasoned employees. They need to pay to retain
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I don't really interact much with the exec team but they seem friendly and to know their stuff.

We always have each others back. Willingness to jump in and get things done. Always helpful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a tenured employee, I make less than a newer hired employee in the same role where I have more responsibility.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate management team is great. I feel like the executive leadership is a bit out of touch with the day to day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't think excited is the correct word in prior question. Do I enjoy work - most days but I wouldn't say I was excited every day.
