My experience has been a bit of a heart beat. There are good times and low times, But I don't let my highs be high, and my lows be low, so I'm always even in the middle.

I have enjoyed the journey I have had the honor to be on with PlanSource. There are a lot of people here that say "How can I help" and that means the world to me.

My team is resilient and open to change.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very interactive and not just a hello ang goodbye
What makes you most happy at work?
The constant challenge that I get from new developing issues or processes.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When I have a question, someone will provide an answer and the why
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Company paid LTD and STD. Medical did not see a increase last year
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Reinvesting in me as an employee with workshops to assist me in being a better manager
What are some of the best things about your team?
The diversity for me is very important. Having people look at a problem from a different view point based on a different background
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy helping my team in training, education and getting them involved in making decisions within the department. I wish we didn't have escalations, but when we have one I enjoy moving the needle and seeing the impact in lowering the client temperature.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For culture, there is not a lot of gossip or back stabling. If anything, there is always a helping hand. For Environment, I would like to see some internal team building competitions like space decorations, something that can show the creativity while not pulling people from the daily roles.
