Always willing to help. I see my coworkers as life long friends beyond PlanSource.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Right now, I would say it is hard to pin point "like best" about the leadership team as there has been so much turn over recently, however, given the situation I would say I am indifferent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe my current pay is way under market norms given my experiance and success I have had at PlanSource. A pay increase that reflects the market and my accomplishments would make me feel better about my compensation.
