I believe our executive team is as transparent as they can or should be with us as employees, and keep us informed of impactful changes, which is much appreciated as an employee.

The collaboration and assistance I receive not just from my team but company-wide has been essential to completing my job duties. The level of knowledge I feel I gain from working with my team and others within the organization is exceptional.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone can have a voice at PlanSource and I feel like people are listened to and their viewpoint taken into consideration - example is the LLAMA questions - this is a great tool for leadership to understand the concerns of their workforce and allay any fears employees may have about the future.
