Overall, PlanSource is better than where I came from. I feel better compensated than my previous employer. There are great outward messaging campaigns regarding self care/mental health well being.

There are some team members that you know you can always go to, they will not treat you like a burden and will help you with whatever the task is.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Lack of support from team members. Lack of follow up from leadership about the lack of support from team members. Wrist slapping for taking on tasks that are not my day to day tasks rather than being praised and thanked for going the extra mile.
