I've been at PlanSource through many changes. The new ELT has made me feel more positive about the future of the company and my career at PlanSource, more than any other since I started working here.
What makes you most happy at work?
Engaging with people and building working relationships. I also love helping others.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative and works well together. We don't do drama. We also work well with other teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are open and direct about the direction of the company. They have a good balance of serious and fun.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wish that question was more of a scale. It has gotten better, but I know I could make more at another company in the same role. Money isn't why I stay at PlanSource though.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like they care about the people as people. It's understood that family is very important and you can step away to take care of things if you need to and work later to make up for it. That's a long way to say the flexibility.
