Proud to work here and feel VERY fortunate to be here at this particular time in PlanSource's history. I tell my friends that I joined just in time for the 'hockey stick' financial graph... all upside.

Very attractice Sales commission plan.

Very experienced, collaborative, and just 'regular' people... no difficult personalities.

Forward-thinking, sincerely caring, and very responsive to both client and employee needs.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are all interconnected: Sales, Service, Implementation, Operations. We each understand that we are stronger as a team than in silos.

Well-balanced: salary and commission. Total comp coupled with ability to compete and WIN means earning potential is as good as anyone in the industry.

They can JOKE! They all have a sense of humor. No one is full of themselves. Each has a sense of healthy humility. And yet, every last colleague is experienced and smart! Wonderful team!!
