What is the best part about your compensation package?
The ability to continue working from home in addition to a fair salary and benefit offering. The benefits keep getting better.

The current team is a group of extremely talented and high performing leaders in our industry. They collective years of knowledge allows PlanSource to be incredibly efficient.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I'm so happy and proud of my team. They have experienced a huge amount of change in the past year and those whom have stayed with us are helping rebuild a culture of amazing people.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me it's 2 things. First, I feel like the Executive Leadership team has rallied the troops and we are all moving in a cohesive direction. Second, the people I work with ask my how my day is and that's a great thing.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm very happy with my immediate team. We are all so alike and everyone has "been there, done that" meaning we all remember what it's like to work at a "not so great" company and are doing everything we can here to make it a great place for everyone.
