I love the people I work with. It's what keeps me here when things get challenging. Times can be very fast paced and stressful and we all struggle to have work-life balance especially with the pandemic, but its nice to know you have a supportive team to get your through it.

Getting to be collaborative and coming up with new and innovative ideas.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people are the best thing about Radancy. Most people you work with are lovely and kind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The starting salary for account services is pretty low considering the cost of living. Raises and promotions were also stopped during the pandemic which slowed growth and progress.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I work with day to day are great and have become some of my good friends. Everyone is supporting and willing to help you grow and learn.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Internal processes can be unclear and result in a lot of extra responsibilities being pushed on account services when we are already spread so thin. Removing the media planning team really overloaded our team. We are also understaffed across the company so it is hard to get client deliverables.
