What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Having really great coworkers and the PTO

What are some of the best things about your team?

The collaboration, the help/support, getting to know people on a personal level.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to feedback and actually putting into action instead of just saying they will. Understand that our PJ platform isn't great and it's frustrating to work with/manage client campaigns/goals on.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management/leadership doesn't put feedback into action, our PJ platform is broken, get rid of mandatory PTO days, actually train the account teams on media so they can talk to clients about it, stop giving exceptions for every client.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

When we raise the ranges for some employees, we should be increasing the ranges for higher employees. Also take inflation into consideration year over year. We're at the highest inflation rate right now and we aren't receiving raises to accommodate this.
