Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
At this moment where we are all working from home - the electricity and internet bills have raised and perhaps some incentive for this would be nice! And when we are having a bad day or challenges with customers - surprise vouchers for lunch will be motivating during lockdowns!

Other companies pay almost twice as much for similar roles. No stock program in place. Our office gets 0 attention from senior leadership and nothing has changed about it in 3 years.
