Our management is very hands off. They trust us to deliver, and we do. There is no micromanagement going on, and when we bring up difficulties, they listen and trust. That's extremely valuable.

The recruiter was always up for questions and openly shared interview feedback

There were 3-4 interviews - a chat with Talent acquisition and my prospective manager, a technical interview and a culture fit interview. The culture fit interview was the best part as it allowed me to ask questions about the working style and office environment from other members of the team
