Great onboarding experience with School of Rock. Colleagues have been made time for insight Coffees and regular meetings to support my onboarding. Perhaps the department could have set objectives or OKRs from the beginning to enable me to benchmark my progress against a fixed point in time.

Growing very quicky which provides opportunities. However, operations has not caught up with scale. It's extremely hard to get things done and things progress at a snails pace. Lack of alignment across departments, different and conflicting goals create conflict.

We are SO FAR away from the market rate for our industry. As people move up in the org the pay rise is based on what the individual was earning in their previous role, rather than paying them at the market rate for their new role. There is not enough transparency around comp.
