General Motors: The organization I am in currently is amazing. Leadership is authentic, reward high performers, not just favorites and care about work/life balance. The company is definitely moving in the right direction. The only reason I didn't rate a 10 is there are still pockets of old, toxic culture.

Costco: Costco is one of the few remaining highways to the middle class for those who might not have a higher education. Tenure and talent are valued above education. This isn't the case at most large firms.

Geek Squad: Most issues I'd say I have with my job isn't even having to do with the actual position but the leadership of bestbuy as a whole. generally Geek squad is an amazing field to work with and the clients can be bad at times but with proper people skills it always ends as a successful day.
TP: Overall experience has been great. As long as one works smart, develop skills, there would always be opportunities to grow for you. Training is being provided, supervisors and managers are approachable, it is a matter of working on your craft and having the determination to reach your goals.
