Liberty Mutual Insurance: Company has good values and stands by DEI mission. Diverse work environment - especiallt in the west coast and even in upper management. Room for improvement would be better comp for tenured employees. Outside hires routinely get higher pay.
Costco: The favoritism is awful there giving certain employees that have only been with the company a short time supervisor in training positions over more experienced with more seniority employees it seems it gets worse everyday very bad deal

Wayfair: Wayfair has really zero customer service. They answer the phone and if you have purchased your item within 30 days they offer help. If you bought an extended warranty they will offer help. Otherwise, you are on your own. They won't even tell you the manufacturer to call.

US FOODS INC.: Able to do the right thing for our customers, more than a sale, building the culture and relationships that are unparalleled.

Sunbelt Rentals: Customer Service Unable to make an order with a call. Every call is answered by a rep that has to schedule a call back which rarely happens.
McDonald's: food quality and customer service

Waste Management: dedicated supervisors to really work and not leave everything to the workers and them at home or on the phone all day, consuming time and money to the company doing nothing.
Danone: Amazing company, a lot of opportunities to learn and work with many people around the world.
Intuit: I couldn't wait to get started here as a bookkeeper. I only have one thing that caught me off guard. I was unaware during the entire onboarding process with the recruiters that there were different roles that we will be placed in once onboarding and training were complete so just ask them about it.

This is a great way to limit employees' abilities to advance and not know about opportunities within the company.

Olive Garden: Work days are decent, except if youre in the bar. Same base pay as servers, plus tip share, but lack of assistance from other staff makes working in here difficult

Trader Joe's: I love Trader Joe's products, but they rely way too much on plastic packaging for me to shop there regularly. The company needs to find a way to reduce it's packaging, offer more plastic free produce and reuse and refill. Then I would shop there more often.

Canada Post Corporation: It's a decent job for folks wothout a post-secondary education. Saleries of CEO and VPs need to be DRASTICALLY reduced.
