The favoritism is awful there giving certain employees that have only been with the company a short time supervisor in training positions over more experienced with more seniority employees it seems it gets worse everyday very bad deal
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treating employees better and stop the favoritism,this comes from the management why make someone a manager of they treat employees bad?it's very sad it's time for a new management team
