Everything is great aside from the medical expenses during the hiring process wherein we pay ourselves via salary deduction.

The GEO Group: They need to work on the training part. After being off OJT and sent to CTI for 2 weeks we were expected to start working housing units right away when we returned. None of us felt prepared as we had not seen a full shift run beginning to end yet. It was a sink or swim situation and nerve-racking

There are many loopholes in the it system, not enough checks and balances. Overall employee appreciation is almost nonexistent.
