Learning new things but I am also looking forward to the pay.

New environment, new faces. Everyone is sharing their lovely smiles and most agents and HR are very friendly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The offer is good, but since the rate is provincial but the site is based in metro, I think the pay should be the same in the metro.
