Manager "It is what it is", if you are not in position, your voice would not be heard.

As of the moment, I cannot think of a positive thing as I am emotional and drained for what happened

For other department I do appreciate them, but for the field that I am into, I'm not pretty sure if we really serve correct progressive action and if it just.

What makes me happy at work is the people around me, also the comfortability to do and to act accordingly. And lastly able to carry out whatever work is necessary to help the company reach its objective.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the best about the leadership team is the proper delegation of tasks, having a turn by turn basis. In addition with that the trust they put in you every time you accomplish what is being asked to do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best compensation package that the company provide is the annual increase, which makes the employees or the staffs even work harder. In addition the additional benefits for the agents like specific allowances to help them and of course for them to be inspired in working as well.

The most positive culture and environment in our company is equality, in the sense that you are not being judge of who you are, they know how to respect one's behavior. Another thing is having a healthy environment, that as much as they can they provide the best for their employees.

Some of the best things about our team is having a teamwork, can ask for help or approach some members that can make the work easily. They are always attentive and of course friendly. They make sure that you are welcome to the team and that you exist as part of them.
