What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am naturally a self-starter and quick to learn new procedures. My director is confident in my abilities and knows that I will research for the correct answer. The freedom to troubleshoot issues and learn from my mistakes enhances my confidence when faced with a challenge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In my humble opinion, the weekly training and support from the corporate office is second to none. The opportunity of training out-of-state with someone at the top of their game is amazing. Though I am fairly new to the team, I arrive each day confident that I made the right career choice.
