I have had a successful experience at ADP. I would like to see more women in executive positions and not just middle management.

I am happy to see a Women be our next President. I would like to see more women and minorities/people of color on the Executive Board and Senior Leadership. I have great leaders and happy they build on my strengths and challenge me to do my best every day to make it easier on our customers.

It's unfortunate that return to office has become a mandate when we are able to do our work from home and still be engaged and a high performer.

The BRG's that bring positive events and or opportunities to contribute to a cause that I never knew about

The Employee Resource Groups are very engaging and bring consistent events to associates - I learn from each ERG from their events.
What makes you most happy at work?
The projects I work on are going to bring value to our customers and that makes me feel good about my work

My Leadership team meets with me individually and we have consistent team meetings. If I need them, they are always available and eager to help me succeed and or work out any questions.
